+General Questions:

  • HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Saturday-Sunday as well as all major US holidays, CLOSED.

  • WHERE WILL MY PROOFS BE SENT: Proofs and/or mockups are emailed to the email address you provided to us at checkout.

  • THE TURN AROUND TIME IS UP AND I DON'T SEE MY PROOFS: Please check your junk/spam folder! Our emails can fall in there. If your turn around time is up and you don't see them, they're most likely in there. Still don't see it, message us and we can re-send it to you.

  • DO YOU DO CUSTOM ORDERS: Yes! Contact us to discuss a custom order

+Standard Non-Wedding orders:

Shower invitations, grad announcements, holiday cards, birthday cards, etc:

  • PROOFS: After the order is placed and the payment is processed, we will email you a proof to review in 2-3 business days. Please note we are closed over the weekends and on any major U.S. holidays. If you need to contact us before the proof is sent, you can message us under the "CONTACT US" tab or email us at ethreedesigns@hotmail.com. All proofs will be emailed to the email address you entered at checkout.

  • TURN AROUND TIME: We always send proofs in the posted 2-3 business day turn around time. Our business days do not include weekends or US holidays when counting. If you cannot locate your proof and the turn around time is up, please check your junk mail. Our emails can fall in there. If you still cannot find it, don't hesitate to contact us!

  • RUSH: For non-wedding invitation orders, you can purchase the $5 Rush listing from the add on section of our shop to receive your proof in 24 hours or less (please note we are closed over the weekend and rushes bought over the weekend will be out first thing Monday)

  • HOW MANY CHANGES DO I GET: We send a proof and then you receive TWO rounds of free revisions.

  • CAN I GET A MATCHING BACKSIDE: Yes, We have matching digital backsides for all of our non-wedding cards at no additional charge. For printed cards, you would just order the front/back printing option and we will print the matching design on the back. For a custom back, please purchase the $5 custom back listing and we can create the back for you.

  • DO YOU MAKE PROOFS BEFORE PURCHASE AND CAN I EDIT MYSELF: We do not work on proofs prior to purcahse due to the nature of digital files. We also do not offer editable cards... just send us the info after purchase, lay back and relax! The proof will be emailed to you in our posted turn around time.

  • PRINTING INFO: After the design is approved, we send to print and ship within 2-4 business days of approval. We professionally print on high quality 120# card stock and they ship with envelopes. Please click here for our current shipping rates. Be advised, higher shipping costs will be applied to outside the U.S. Ask us for a quote. The backs of the cards will be white unless the Front/Back printing option is selected at printing. If we are printing for you, rest assured, you will be getting beautiful professional quality cards!

  • LEGAL We fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. By submitting your pictures to us, you agree that you are the photographer or that you have the permission from the copyright holder to use their photos. In return, please be advised our cards are copy right protected. Lastly, all of our designs are protected under copy right. Our work can not be copied or distributed without our permission. We work really hard to make these original creations. Thank you!

+Wedding Suite Orders:

Wedding Invitation Suite Orders:

  • TURN AROUND TIME: Our wedding suite orders will be shipped in 4-6 weeks from the time of purchase. Smaller orders with less embelishments may be out faster

  • CAN I GET MY ORDER RUSHED: We're happy to help with a rush when we can! Depending on our current work load and the size/complexity of your order, we may be able to offer rush orders at an additional charge. Please message us for availability and price.

  • PROOFS:

  • Wedding suite proofs will be emailed to you to review in 3-7 Business days with a mockup so you can see all of your pieces together.
  • Our designs include a proof and 3 complimentary rounds of revisions. If more changes are requested after this, each additional round is $15.
  • We do not print until you have approved it all!

  • SHIPPING:

    • Your wedding suite order will be shipped FREE via USPS or UPS for domestic US customers.
    • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING CHARGES WILL BE APPLIED TO ANY CUSTOMER OUTSIDE OF THE USE. CONTACT US FOR A QUOTE.

  • MATERIALS:

    • Cardstock: Our invitation suites are printed on thick matte 120 lb white card stock.
    • Envelopes: Our envelopes are 70 or 80 lb Contour flap in your choice of color (see photos for color chart).
    • Don't see the envelope color you need? We can custom order additional colors on request

  • SIZING:

    • Invitation 5x7 inch unless otherwise posted
    • RSVP 5.5x4.25
    • Inserts 5x3.5
    • Circle Sticker Label 2.5x2.5 inch
    • Vellum Jackets fit 5x7 inch invitations

  • CUSTOMIZATIONS: Your invitation can be customized with any wording you have and fonts can be changed at no additional charge. Some coloring on the card is customizable. Please message us before purchase to confirm color changes and note color changes may take longer.

  • ASSEMBLY: If you order lined envelopes, the envelopes will come pre-lined. We also assemble vellum, wax seals, and twine to your invitations if you ordered these items. We do the hard stuff for you! Otherwise, you do stuff your own envelopes.
