HOURS OF OPERATION: Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. | Saturday-Sunday as well as all major US holidays, CLOSED.
WHERE WILL MY PROOFS BE SENT: Proofs and/or mockups are emailed to the email address you provided to us at checkout.
I DO NOT SEE MY PROOF IN MY EMAIL: Please check your junk/spam folder! Our emails can fall in there. If your turn around time is up and you don't see them, they're most likely in there. Still don't see it, message us and we can re-send it to you.

DO YOU OFFER DIGITAL WEDDING INVITATIONS: We do not offer digital wedding invitations, as we believe exceptional quality is essential for such an important occasion. Our designs are intended to be professionally produced to ensure every detail meets the highest standard. Our wedding invitation service is fully bespoke and hands-on. With over 15 years of experience, we work closely with each client throughout the process, providing personalized guidance and expert craftsmanship to create invitations that are both timeless and beautifully executed. We do, however, offer digital designs for showers, birthdays, graduations, and other celebratory occasions.

Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We only accept cancellations within the first hour of placing an order as long as the proofs have not been customized yet. If there is a problem with your order however, please contact us asap so we can help.

NON-WEDDING STATIONERY: Non-Wedding Proofs like shower invitations, are emailed to you to review in 1-3 business days but are often out the same day. If you ordered printed cards, we print and ship them to you with envelopes in 2-4 days more.
WEDDING INVITATIONS: Our wedding invitation suite orders will be shipped in 3-4 weeks from the time of purchase. Smaller orders with less embelishments may be out faster. The proofs are emailed to you to review in 3-7 business days.
GRAHPIC TEES: Our Graphic tees/hoodies/sweatshirts are made to order and shipped out in 3-5 business days. Proofs are not sent.
DO YOU OFFER RUSH ORDERS: We're happy to help with a rush when we can! Depending on our current work load and the size/complexity of your order, we may be able to offer rush orders at an additional charge. Please message us for availability and price.
HOW MANY EDITS DO I GET: We send a proof and then you receive THREE rounds of free revisions.
DO YOU MAKE PROOFS BEFORE PURCHASE AND CAN I EDIT MYSELF: We do not work on proofs prior to purcahse due to the custom nature of our work. We also do not offer editable cards... just send us the info after purchase, lay back and relax! The proof will be emailed to you in our posted turn around time.

SHIPPING: Your order will be mailed to the address you left for us at checkout. We are not responsible for shipping to incorrect addresses that were provided to us. We ship via USPS. UPS. and Fedex.

PHOTOS: We fully uphold the legal rights of photographers. By submitting any pictures to us, you agree that you are the photographer or that you have the permission from the copyright holder to use their photos.
COPYRIGHT: Our designs are protected under copyright law. Our work can not be copied or distributed without our permission. We work really hard to make these original creations. Thank you for supporting our small business!
