Due to the nature of the digital files we email to our customers, we can not issue any refunds once the proof has been emailed out. If you buy something from us on accident.. notify us immediately before we begin customizing the card and we can refund your money then. We do not give refunds on any instant download items. If something is purchased from us and we receive no correspondence from the buyer, we will close out the order after two weeks and no refund will be given.
We also will not refund money you spend to have the designs printed due to errors on the card. Once the file is approved, you are saying that ALL of the info on the card is completely correct. We cannot be held accountable for printed products that were approved. Take a day to fully review the card completely and maybe even get a second set of eyes to review it! It is the customers job to fully review their order.
For customers that are printing the cards themselves, we highly recommend that you do a test print once you receive the final copy. This way you can check to make sure everything on the card is perfect before you print them all. If something isn't how you envisioned it (color, font, etc.) Let us know within a week and we will be happy to make adjustments and send you a new proof. All printers print differently and we cannot be help responsible for poor print quality. All files we send are high resolution print quality files.
