After you download the file, you can print the smaller 8x10 inch print at home (but do yourself a favor a email it to Kinkos, Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, etc. and have them print. It uses a lot of black ink). The larger 16x20 will need to be printed at a print shop like Office Max as an engineer print. The large prints cost under 2 dollars to print at the places mentioned! Cheap and cute! Then just stick it in a frame and you have instant faux "CHALK" art.

PLEASE NOTE ALL PRINTERS PRINT DIFFERENTLY AND COLORS MAY VARY. 
To add a little extra to it, pick up some white chalk and add some extra smudges to it, you can even trace your letters for extra chalk appeal.
