Our seating charts can be organized by table number or in alphabetical order by last name. This should be presorted before sending to us.

CUSTOMIZING: After you order, we will email you a spreadsheet for you to input your seating chart names. The turnaround time starts from the date we receive your completed spreadsheet

TURNAROUND TIME: 3-5 Business Days for proofs

SHIPPING & PROCESSING TIME: After printing approval, we ship in 5-7 Business days. (Rushed shipping available, contact us for quotes)

PRINTING: We print on high quality matte poster paper. You will be able to frame our printed signs or you can easily mount them to foam board after you receive it. These are shipped to you in mailing tubes

PROOFING: 3 rounds of revisions. $5 charge for additional changes.

(For more than 400 names, it is recommended that two charts be ordered)

We recommend that larger wedding seating (over 200 people) be done in alphabetical order by last name to make it easier for your guests to find their seats. Customers should have this presorted
